DERMAL FILLERS
Dermal Filler injections are non-surgical procedures, and are a popular cosmetic treatment due to its affordability, predictable effectiveness, and safety profile. The main ingredient in this medication is called Hyaluronic Acid (HA). Our body does naturally produce HA, but as we age we produce less, and the naturally occurring collagen framework that provides our face with structure and vitality diminishes.
People commonly think about "lip injections" when talking about "fillers", dermal fillers are used for this, but they are used for so much more. They are used to restore pesky volume losses, to add volume to areas you wish to emphasize, to lift, and to smooth lines.

One of the most common questions I receive is, "is it painful? and how long does it last?". Dermal Fillers do commonly come with freezing integrated into the product, so they do tend to be well tolerated. I also apply topical freezing to the area being injected for your added comfort. These products can last from 6-24 months.
